Norton Antivirus Plus offers high-level malware and ransomware prevention, trouble-free operation, and an excellent package. One of the big disappointments is that you must buy the product and trust in the 60-day money-back guarantee to use it because Norton doesn’t have a free trial plan.

You need to be a tech person to utilise most of its advanced features. If you have multiple PCs in your home or you need to protect your friends or family, then this software is a perfect choice for you to protect your family’s devices.

Bitdefender Internet Security is one of the top effective security suites around. Bitdefender has its own built-in firewall by default which runs quietly in the background. You can either rely on its own intelligence to decide what should be allowed to access the internet and what should be blocked, or you can review its decisions and set up your own rules. Bitdefender’s Vulnerability Scan tool keeps you updated about missing updates for Windows and applications. It also highlights the weak passwords on your device and insecure networks.

  • Privacy Firewall – Monitors connections performed by your apps and provides advanced control of network connectivity.

Verdict:

Bitdefender is a great option if you want comprehensive security but don’t want to be bogged down with all the inner workings of antivirus protection. While this program doesn’t have the best levels of iOS or mobile protection, most users will love the comprehensive support.  Bitdefender is another excellent Internet security pack on our list.
