Back up file systems, system state, bare metal, and Exchange server
Our base modules for Windows Server and Desktop come bundled with backup modules that allow you to backup the file system, bare metal image, system state (Server only), and Exchange server (Server only).
These modules are platform and cloud-agnostic and work equally well on virtual and physical devices such as VMware and Hyper V.
Best Practices for Backing Up Windows Servers and Desktops
Storage Locations: Keep at least two backup copies locally and in cloud storage.
Automation: Schedule regular backups to ensure continuous data protection.

You can perform the following types of backups:
Full Server Backup: Back up all volumes on the server.
Volume Backup: Backs up specific volumes.
System State Backup: Back up critical system components.
File and Folder Backup: Back up specific files and folders.
Bare Metal Recovery allows you to restore a complete system onto identical hardware or a new hard disk. This type of recovery requires a backup of the server volumes containing the operating system files.
