Cannot get server dn error=mapi_e_not_found when backing up Exchange 2010

Common errors on Exchange 2010 mailbox backup and fixes

1. Refer to page 3 in https://www.bobcloud.net/manuals/guide_obm_user_exchange_mail
   /guide_obm_user_exchange_mail.html

2. Check group memberships as mentioned in the above doc (‘Exchange servers’ often gets missed) , and run the power shell script to add the correct permissions to your backup user.

3. Restart the Exchange mailstore service.

4. Close all Ahsay backup sessions and restart the service ‘Server Services’.
