Multi-factor authentication is enabled on this Microsoft 365 account.
Cause
This is an expected error when you enable 2FA on your M365 account. Because the backup set previously did not use 2FA, it is now failing.
Fix
Edit the backup set using the desktop software on your device. When you try to change the source selection, the 2FA screen will appear, and you can start the 2FA process.
