What is the cost?

We are a B2B business and only provide services to MSPs and IT Support Companies. After you have backed up at least 5 devices and are an active MSP, the White Label Rebrand is free with a £10/month service charge.

Can the White Label be applied retrospectively?

Yes. You can start standard and rebrand later. All you need to do is reinstall the desktop client, or wait for an update on our side. Emails, reports and URLs are changed immediately after your rebrand is added.
