All new installations will use V10.3.4.0
All new and existing Microsoft 365 backup accounts will receive this update automatically, ensuring they continue to function as Microsoft retires Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online from 1 October 2026.
Because this release contains no critical fixes or security updates, it will not be deployed automatically to all accounts.
If any of your accounts require the new features included in this release, you can update your installation manually through the portal: https://portal.bobcloud.net/
View all the operating systems, applications, and hardware devices we support.
Auto updates
If your Operating System is no longer supported by the respective vendor (Microsoft, Apple, Linux, etc.), the auto-update won’t work.
In these instances, a manual upgrade must be done on your device.
