Location of the logs for the backup software

All configuration files are stored locally on each device that runs a backup. The configuration folder contains the backup and restore logs, settings and other supporting files.

Please zip and send us the entire folder, not just the log folder.

How to send us the logs

If the files or folder are larger than 10 MB, you can share them with us at https://sendsafe.net/. This free service lets you send files and folders up to 10 GB.

Let us know when you have shared the files, so we can add them to your open ticket.
